“The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing”

Albert Einstein

Sustainability, in simple words, is managing resources to meet current needs, without jeopardizing the needs of the future. And all this considering:

  • social development,
  • economic development,
  • and the care of the environment in a framework of governance.

First, Sustainability means promoting social development by seeking union between communities and cultures. The aim is to achieve satisfactory levels of quality of life, health and education.

Secondly,  sustainability means promoting economic growth that generates equitable wealth for all without harming the environment.

And thirdly,  Sustainability means assuming that nature and the environment are not an inexhaustible source of resources, their protection and rational use being necessary.
