ISEG S.L. has implemented an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety at Work with the main objective of effectively identifying and maintaining all the processes of the system, as well as continuously improving them to achieve a more effective system in its business lines.
At ISEG we develop projects and services in accordance with the requirements and needs of our customers, as well as the legal, policy and regulatory ones; ensuring the quality of said projects and services, placing special emphasis on avoiding any damage to the environment or that may endanger the safety of our workers.
To this end, the ISEG Management undertakes to comply with the Management Policy implemented, whose objective is the development and continuous improvement of the management system, as well as to ensure that these guidelines are complied with and followed by all the people who make up the Organization according to the provisions described in the Management Manual, providing the necessary material and human resources for this purpose.

ISEG collaborates in the energy transition to renewable energies to achieve a world powered only by sustainable energies. Our commitment is to minimize CO2 emissions and the use of fossil fuels and in our activities, we are fully aware of climate change.
Protecting the environment, reducing waste, using raw materials and natural resources sustainably is our way of working. Focused on the environmental improvement of our actions from awareness-raising and training of all our technicians and employees.
In the field of occupational health and safety, safety risks have been identified and evaluated, making all personnel aware of the risks existing in their workplace and during the performance of activities, defining the mandatory use of the Protective Equipment provided by management to prevent accidents from occurring.
ISEG is committed to safety awareness and safe behaviour in all its activities. All employees receive safety training as soon as they start working in the company. Our technicians receive specialized safety training to carry out the work on the customer’s premises, including training in GWO, electrical risk, preventive resources and other sectoral training and safety information. Our preventive action makes it possible to avoid the possibility of accidents, manage risks correctly, with the involvement of all employees to ensure that all the work of all our technicians and employees is carried out in safe and healthy conditions.
ISEG plans, manages and pursues health and safety at work. We maintain close communication with our employees to have their health and safety feedback, which is taken into account for continuous improvement.
