Thanks to the experience of its Repair-Shop for the wind market, ISEG has extended its range of repair services to the solar photovoltaic sector, including the same technical range of components (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic). 

As with wind projects, ISEG’s capabilities allow it to take charge of the entire repair process, adapting it completely to the customer’s needs. 

 

Its infrastructure also has the same two fully equipped workshops as for wind projects. The mechanical and hydraulic workshop is located in Zaragoza and the electrical-electronic one is in Lugo. In addition, ISEG’s engineering department performs, as in wind projects, repair protocols and supports both workshop and field work. 

The ISEG service offer

  • Management of the complete reverse logistics process, from the field collection of the damaged component to the delivery of the repaired component to the place designated by the customer.
  • According to customer needs, 3 management models:
  • Basic repair: the customer supports the stock of both repaired and damaged.
  • Stock management: ISEG repairs the component and stores it until the customer needs it.
  • Standard exchange or "Full Exchange" (purchase of damaged – sale repaired)
  • 100% internalised repair process: reception, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair and manufacture/replacement of damaged components, assembly, operation test, packaging and shipping.
  • Testing of all components repaired on own benches designed to recreate actual operating conditions.
  • Development of improvements in both electronic and mechanical components.
